By proceeding with the installment plan, you formally agree to the following legally binding terms:

Order Fulfillment & Delivery Your order will be securely held and processed only after the final installment payment is confirmed. Shipment occurs within 3-5 business days post-completion.

Variable Interest Rates Installment plans attract a convenience fee (interest) ranging from 0.7% to 5% based on the selected duration. This fee is non-refundable.

Ownership & Title All equipment and goods remain the absolute property of PhemmySolar Energy Nig Ltd until the total contract value is paid in full.

Late Payments & Grace Period A 7-day grace period is granted for each installment. Failure to pay within this window may attract a 2.5% administrative late fee or lead to plan suspension.

Cancellation & Refunds Installment plans cancelled after 48 hours of the first payment are subject to a 10% administrative processing fee. Subsequent payments are non-refundable but can be converted to store credit.
